Both Comrade and Amy Howson regularly sail the River Humber on Saturdays and Sundays through the summer months. The ships are based at South Ferriby in Lincolnshire, and a day’s sailing can also take in the Trent or the Ouse. Sailing times vary because of the tides, but generally depart around eight thirty in the morning, returning mid/late afternoon. Comrade does not sail all dates in August so please check with Dave Parker.

Crewed by HKSPS members, both ships can carry up to twelve passengers, with seating in the well deck. As well as a small exhibition of our archive material. Each ship has a toilet, basic self catering galley facilities, lifejackets & 2 ten man liferafts for passenger use.The sail calendar for this year is now available, and bookings from individuals or groups are very welcome. The cost for a day’s sailing with either ship is £15.00 per person.
