The Humber Keel and Sloop Preservation Society was founded in 1973. It is a not for profit Registered Charity, run by volunteers.

Members receive a free, twice yearly copy of the HKSPS journal The Slabline, with article of historical interest and HKSPS news. They can also participate directly in the wide range of HKSPS activities.
